Overall this was an excellent trip! The host of this trip was the host with the most! The staff was also excellent. The villa looked just as it did on the pictures, very clean, pool was great and even had mango tree on the property! We were able to enjoy and explore the city and the host had great recommendations of places to visit. We were able to have a relaxing time, party and get to know the city. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great accommodations in a great location of the city. We also want to thank the host and staff for making us feel welcome and making it a great expeirence.

Our stay was awesome. Everything is as advertised. An excellent host and always there to help us navigate this most interesting city. Honestly, the place is so comfortable we almost did not was to leave it to venture out much. When we did, John and his team made sure we were taken care of. One of the best stays I have has with AirBnb. Will certainly return. Excellent value and an excellent host.

To sum it up it was Excellent. From the booking stage the communication was concise and prompt. The penthouse itself was amazing, the photos and description don't do it any justice until you are actually there. Modern would be the word I use to describe the decor and everything else in the place, from the electronic access to the alarm and the connectivity . John was extremely due diligent, the booklet you get when you arrive has everything you may ever need to know and even contact info for the US Embassy [I liked that a lot]. A detailed breakdown of how everything works which basically means you can help yourself without having to be calling on anyone. I overall very much enjoyed staying there and next time I'm in town will surely be wanting to stay there again.

It was our first time in the DR and we could have not picked a better spot The property is amazing right with the ocean in front and got everything you can ask for to have a great time, even a mini disco. We had a 14 guys for a bachelor party and I had an unforgatable time. Our concierge Elvis was the best, you must ask for him when you go there. He was with us all the time and took care of everything we needed, would not have been the same without him. Customer service was very helpful all the way, we definetly will use top bachelor party again.

Definitely enjoyed my time there. Our concierge was the GOAT he was great with everyone and really went out of his way. Definitely, will come back with less of a group for an annual vacation. The Bachelor walked down the aisle this past weekend in all smiles and happiness because the past 2 weeks were the best time of his life. I planned ATV tour, Zipline, and a day at the beach restaurant and it was a wonderful time.

Excellent Colonial Style House! My friends and I celebrated a Bachelor Party here and everything was perfect, the house is a typical Santo Domingo Colonial house with 7 separate rooms each one with its private bathroom. The common area is a big terrace at the top with a big TV screen, cable, wifi included and YES the Jacuzzi at the roof top makes the difference. We met some friends at some bars and restaurants that are just 2 blocks from the house and invited them to join us at night, and it was fantastic. I really recommend this place to anyone that will like to relax as a family or either party like crazy; I will never forget this Bachelor Party. IMPORTANT: remember to ask for Elvis, he was our driver, and he was THE MAN!!!! Thank you Top Bachelor Party!

The description was better than what we expected the host was great we even met the owner of the property when plumbing issues came up. He was prompt in fixing these matters and his contractors are very trustworthy. The Duplex has 24 hour on site security and we even say the local police hanging out in the neighborhood speaking to the guards on duty. This place was perfect and we couldn't have chosen a better location to come enjoy the Dominican culture. Thank you Danny and Elvis for everything, Thank you Celeste for all your hospitality and great home cooked meals breakfast and lunch were awesome. We had a local cell phone that was given to us to use in order to reach Danny the manager or Elvis the driver at any time during the day. The location is perfect for night life and grocery store to get food, water and drinks. Perfect for entertaining I highly recommend this location.

I rented this house with 9 women friends and we all had an amazing vacation. The party package is totally worth it! All aspects of the trip were seamless, from the airport pick up and drop off, the daily breakfast, the night trips around the city, etc. the house had enough common space for us to spend time together, but also felt very private in the rooms. The neighborhood is also great with historical sights and restaurants in walking distance.

Great experience. The accommodations are as represented in the listing. If you are looking for a 5-Star resort stay, this is not it. You get what you pay for. I was looking for accommodations where I could party with my friends and this was PERFECT. The VIP party package provided more than enough party fuel for my 14 friends and me, 15 total. The staff was very accommodating and our hosts knew exactly how to keep us happy. It is the ideal venue for a large PARTY weekend.

We chose top bachelor party DR for my bachelor party and we definitely made the right decision!! We had a group of 20 guys and stayed for 4 nights. The Party Compound was very spacious and rooftop was great! Meals were always on time and the chef is great, but make sure you have someone to speak spanish with him. The hosts Danny and Efrain are awesome! They are very knowledgeable of the area and took us everywhere we wanted. They stayed with us when we went out at night, even if the night went into the wee hours of the next morning. And traveling around in the PartyVan was pretty fun!! Overall, it was an amazing success trip! Would recommend this place.
